General Terms
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with Mohair Bear Making Supplies. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

The title 'Mohair Bear Making Supplies' is copyrighted © and absolutely no permission is granted to anyone to use this wording.
Orders
An order is not not 'deemed to be accepted' until the order is shipped. We reserve the right to refund an order, and not complete the transaction, if an item has been described or priced incorrectly in any way by ourselves.
PayPal have now stopped refunding the fees charged on transactions, therefore any orders that are requested to be cancelled will be refunded minus the PayPal fee charged for the transaction.
Any orders that get cancelled whislt the goods are in transit will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Any orders that are NOT collected from wherever the shipped holds the parcel and it gets returned to us will be deemed as 'A REFUSAL OF DELIVERY' therefore when the parcel is returned to us you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Out of stock items will be refunded and re-ordered when back in stock.
Expired items will be refunded
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason whatsoever.
We DO NOT ship to PO BOX numbers, any order placed for delivery to a PO BOX number will be refused.
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods:
Online transactions are processed through PayPal via a secure server, we do not store any payment details on our system. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation check's and are authorised by the card issuer. PayPal accept Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to PayPal, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
Orders can also be placed whereby we can accept payment via cheque or postal order. Please do not send any credit card details through the post or via email.
All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within fourteen days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. We do not hold goods on back order, if we are out of stock you will need to re-order the item with your next order.
In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within FOUR working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the Mohair Bear Making Supplies Limited appointed carrier.
**NB** Due to the restrictive policy of the Russian Customs, Mohair Bear Making Supplies cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go missing to Russian states. We always send via recorded delivery and will obtain proof of postage.
By law any UK business has 30 days to deliver your order from when the order is received. We endeavour to ship your order within a week from receipt of payment (cheque orders 10 days) However during busy periods delivery can obviously take longer.
UK Free Shipping
# Free shipping applies to the 1st package up to 12kg per order only, if the order requires more than 1 package then the remainder of packages must be paid for. There is no free shipping on orders 12kg or over.
# Free shipping offers applies to mainland UK delivery addresses only (excludes Highlands & Islands).
# Free shipping will our choice of service.
# Free shipping does NOT include expedited option, they will have to be paid for.
Returns and Exchanges
The below return terms are applicable to 'consumers' only and DO NOT apply to B2B purchases.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Mohair Bear Making Supplies and are proud of the quality that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it;
# Sample sizes are NON returnable they are purchased as advertised 'samples'
# The customer is obliged to inform us in writing of faults, either immediately or at the latest within one week after receipt of goods / performance of services. We must be informed in writing of faults, which cannot be detected within this period by careful examination, immediately after detecting the faults. Damage caused by shipment must be documented upon delivery and the haulage company must be informed. All notices of defects must be sufficiently specified and set down in writing.
# Any fabrics that have been cut into will not be eligible for a refund or return.
# We take great care to try to represent our products as closely as possible to real-life through our photographs. However, because we have no control of customer monitors / viewing devices or web browser which people view our website, the actual goods may vary in colour to how they have been viewed online by you the purchaser, if colour is important it is strongly recommended to purchase a sample first. we will NOT be held responsible for claims of inaccurate colour. There can also be colour differences between new batches of fabric therefore we cannot always guarantee exactly the same colour match of faux fur's from previous purchases.
# Any hand dyed fabrics or hand painted eyes will not be eligible for a refund as these are made to order and are outside the scope of the Consumer Contracts Regulations
# Please contact us within 14 working days from the day after the delivery day
# Contact must be made via email or letter within the time frame above.
# Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 14 days of requesting to return.
# All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt, any fabrics that have been cut into will not be accepted.
# We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail recorded delivery for goods under £30.00 or Special Delivery for goods over £30.00.
# If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
# Full returns address with telephone number and email address
# International sales must put on the package that the contents are being 'returned' otherwise any charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
# This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
# Please note that you (the purchaser) will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us.
# If you refuse to accept a delivery from our appointed carriers then the shipping cost will not be refunded on return of goods.
# No returns will be refunded until we have the item to hand and its been inspected.

# Any items that are returned to us that does not comply with the above and will not be refunded, you will also be responsible for either collecting or the postage cost to send back to you. These terms applies to consumers only.
B2B Sales
# No refunds for unused / unwanted goods will be issued to B2B customers (business to business).
# Defective goods please contact us within 7 days.
# No claims or returns for fabrics that have been cut into or processed.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the quality of an item purchased, you may return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase with your invoice (copy accepted), for a replacement (where available) or a full refund for the item/items.
Returns
Items that you would like to return to us need to meet a few criteria and apply to end consumers only.
- NO returns accepted from B2B buyers (business to business)
- ALL goods to be posted back to the address on the invoice.
- The goods should be shipped back using a tracked service.
- Refunds will only be made on receipt of the goods and if they are in the condition that they were sent out in i.e.. NO FABRICS THAT HAVE BEEN CUT IN TO WILL BE REFUNDED.
- SAMPLES are NOT returnable.
- DVD's are NON returnable
- Hand painted eyes are NON returnable as they are made to order.
- All postage returns cost to be paid for by the purchaser.
- International sales must put on the package that the contents are being 'returned' otherwise any charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Products, Prices & Content
We endeavour to ensure that all images and specifications are correct at the time of publication, however sometimes they may vary, images are intended for illustrative purposes only and should be treated as general guidance only . We therefore accept no responsibility for incorrect images and/or information. If however you find a mistake with an image or product specification please notify us.
The colour representation of images displayed on this Website may vary also according to an individual users monitor settings, device used and graphics card.
Non of our fabrics are CE tested and should not be used for small children due to choke hazard.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.
Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.
All information on our web site is updated regularly. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Mohair Bear Making Supplies until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
Shipping
All shipping is calculated by the package weight
UK. Orders under 1kg or under £40 are sent first class via Royal Mail. Orders for the UK mainland over 1kg or over £40 are sent via courier, no service is a guaranteed delivery service as we do not have control over third parties.
Europe and Rest of World. Orders are sent via Royal mail small packet up to 2kg with a signed for service, over 2kg a courier will have to be used.
Customers will be liable for the VAT and any duty on the import of any goods purchased from Mohair Bear Making Supplies, you, the customer, are the importer.
Please note that we do provide expedited delivery at a cost! We are a small family business, every item is packed by hand in our warehouse in turn, it is then posted by the service you have requested in checkout.
It is easy to check the progress of your orders by simply logging into your account and checking your profile.
Being a small business delivery during very busy times of the year can take a little longer. However we always try to process orders as quickly as possible.
